APARTMENT (2+2 Sleeps): double room, living room with two beds and kitchenette, private service, (loggia and garden apartments on the ground floor), (balcony equipped apartments on the first floor), barbecue.

THREE (4+2 Sleeps): double room, room with two beds (or bunk), living room with kitchenette and two beds, private service, (loggia and garden apartments on the ground floor), (furnished balcony on the first floor), barbecue.

FOUR (6+2 Sleeps): double room, two bedrooms with two beds (or bunk), living room with two beds and kitchenette, private service (some apartments with two bathrooms), (loggia and garden apartments on the ground floor), (furnished balcony on the first floor), barbecue.

TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL:

Flat rate for water consumption, light, gas and bed linen (Weekly change) € 35 per person per week (Required) * * Children under 2 years old do not pay the lump sum above.

CLEANING € 57 apartment, € 65 trilocale, € 90 Four (mandatory) excluding cooking

DEPOSIT € 100/check / credit card (required and is refundable upon departure)
